At El Camino Bracelets, we want you to love your jewelry as much as the journeys they represent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your bracelets and charms in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection immediately.
